Tuning up Warming up Great job Girls and Guys!
< Previous		The idea of 20-30 young fiddlers growing up right here in our area may lead to some phenomenal future events. Who knows where these kids might end up. Who knows how good they will get. The one thing we know is that they have only been playing a short while and are already entertaining us with some great talent. If these kids stay after it and pursue their musical talents - we may see some of them picking up a mandolin or banjo some day - we may see a bass or two. We have already seen a couple of them pick up guitars. The fact is once you learn one instrument, the next one doesn't seem so difficult. Challenges in every part of their lives will be retrospected to what they went through to learn the fiddle - challenges will get easier and become manageable. I hope to see them getting together and jammin in the future, forming roving bands of bluegrassers or orchestral quartets. I feel confident this will happen - as long as the community continues to support their efforts.	Next >
